Welding operations optimization
Robotic weld cell support
Press brake and laser fabrication process development
Capital equipment implementation
Production floor technical leadership
Job Responsibilities:
Support welding operations (manual & robotic)
Design and improve weld fixtures
Support robotic weld programming adjustments
Improve laser and press brake fabrication processes
Lead capital equipment installation and upgrades
Develop fabrication process flows and work instructions
Troubleshoot fabrication quality issues
Collaborate with production leadership to improve throughput
Qualifications and Job Information
Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
3–7 years manufacturing engineering experience in fabrication environment
Hands-on welding process knowledge (AWS D1.1 / D1.2 preferred)
Experience with:
 -Fiber lasers
 -Press brakes
Robotic welding systems
Capital project implementation experience
Ability to work directly on production floor
Preferred:
Robotic welding programming exposure
Fabrication layout optimization
Structural steel or heavy fabrication background
