Our client, a manufacturer of turbojet engines, is seeking a Business Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with clients’ organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations:Â Oversee business unit activities such as Human Resources, security, policies and procedures, budgets and other business functions.
Operational Oversight:Â Manage daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Strategic Planning:Â Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive growth.
Team Leadership:Â Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Project Management:Â Oversee key projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Risk Management:Â Identify potential risks to the business and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Job Information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in business management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving operational success.
Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and project management principles.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software (e.g., ERP systems).
